1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement between the oogg platform and its users ("Member" or "you"). Accessing oogg through the website, mobile version, or any other digital channel and using its services means you have fully accepted these Terms.

oogg is an entertainment-focused online gaming platform that provides cricket betting, live casino, slot games, and various other gaming services for users in Bangladesh. By using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To use oogg's services, you must register a valid personal account. The rules for account registration are as follows:

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each person may hold only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, phone number, email address — must be truthful and accurate.
• A Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process may be required to complete account registration.

3. Age Limit and Eligibility

oogg's services are available only to individuals aged 21 and above. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

• You may be asked to provide a national identity card or passport to verify your age at registration.
• Opening an account by providing a false age is a serious violation and may result in immediate account termination.
• If there is any doubt about a member's age, oogg may request additional verification at any time.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Financial transactions on oogg are handled through popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
• Supported methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• A correct reference number must be provided when making a deposit; an incorrect reference may delay the deposit process.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

• A 15x wagering requirement must be completed to withdraw this bonus.
• The welcome bonus is available once only — it applies solely to each member's first deposit.
• Misuse of bonuses or attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts is a punishable offence.

5.2 VIP Program and Cashback

oogg's VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Members can advance to higher tiers based on active gaming. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they will be converted to cash only after wagering requirements are met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• oogg reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus program at any time.

6. Betting Rules

All betting activities on oogg are conducted in accordance with specific rules.

6.1 Placing Bets

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the platform has a specific cash-out option available.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, oogg reserves the right to void that bet.
• In the event of an event cancellation or uncertain result, oogg's own settlement policy will apply.

6.2 Sports Betting

• Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi.
• Special markets are available for major events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments.
• Odds in live betting can change rapidly — verify the odds before your bet is confirmed.

6.3 Casino and Slot Games

• All casino games use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which ensures fair outcomes.
• Games are operated according to the game providers' own rules, and in the event of a technical error, the game provider's decision is final.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the oogg platform:

• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or promotions.
• Registering an account or conducting transactions using another person's information.
• Using software, bots, or any other automated method to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Harassment, intimidation, or inappropriate behaviour toward other members.
• Creating an account for a minor or assisting minors in gaming.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Account Suspension or Closure

• Voluntary account closure at the member's own request.

In the case of a legitimate account closure, any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned. However, if the account is closed due to a breach of terms, bonuses and related funds may be forfeited.
